I don't get it

There was another thing that really pissed me off tonight that I would like to share with you. Brent and I were eating at Cici's, enjoying a nice little dinner, when some wierd walked in with some crazy gay lookin hair style. We kind of laughed by ourselves, and being the nice people we are, or maybe just assholes, we didn't want to be laughing behind the guys back, so when him and his girlfriend walked by, Brent made a comment about how stupid his hair looked. I mean if you're going to have hair like that, you should be ready to get comments and strage looks in public. So the next time him and the lady with him (i don't know how he would have a girlfriend), he said Andrew, there he is again look at that! and I replied man that looks really stupid! The girl whispered something to the gay guy and pointed to us, and we just chuckled. The event occured again, and we just stared at his extremely homosexual hair, as the girl said "you guys are retarded, grow up." Well I personally feel that maybe the guy should grow up and say something himself, or get out of attention high school where you have to be differnet to stand out. As the two of us recounted the experience, we decided just to put the icing on the cake, we would just stroll by on the way out and laugh at him again. While leaving i just stared at his head while he looked back and i laughed, and Brent said "ha, you guys have a nice night." She replied with a friendly (excuse my language, direct quote) "Go fuck yourselves." Being that we are Andrew and Brent, we laughed it off and left for home, not planning for a women to back into us. But back to the pissed off-ness. Lets think about this....Why would you cut your hair like that for any reason other than shock value. You dont do it because it's comfortable, you dont do it because it looks good, and you certainly dont do it to gain respect. I have had cornrows as a white boy, I have had a rattail, I expect to get mean/funny comments about looking stupid, i KNOW i look stupid. So if you do this for shock value, why in the hell would you get mad at someone for saying "man that hair looks dumb." That is like wearing horrendous clothes to school because its funny, then getting mad when people laugh at you. So in my summary, here is my message of this post. Don't do something that is stupid looking or just grabbing for attention if you can't take the heat of a few asshole comments here and there.

Lifes Mysteries

One of the essential questions of life. Women hate it, all men are curious to what its like, but are exuberant we dont have to deal with it. Periods. You konw, growing up we always learned about it, and why it happens, and when it happens, and all the goods, but we never really had an idea of it. We always wondered why that girl got really pissed at us that one week of the month, or why girls always just wanted to sit around and eat chocolate during their special time. Well now, i feel like i have bridged the gap between myself and women, and today i put the "men" in the menstrual system. All im missing on this gloomy day is a tampon, or maybe just a pad for a little more comfort. After taking a 5 hour nap after school, I was up until 2 last night because i was wired from my nap. This morning i woke up excited because school was cancelled, you know im thinkin "kick ass! now I can sleep a little longer, than go sledding or head up to the Nut for some discount skiing." Well this certainly wasn't the case, which was the begining of my anguish. I woke back up about 10:30 and was like hey i have a take home government test i need to get out of the way, ill just do it real quick before anything really happens today, while in the back of my mind i hoped the rain outside was giong to turn to snow and actualyl amount to something. As I was doing this little open packet test, like three of the concepts on the questions were nowhere to be found and i started getting pissed off. So then i decided to take a break, sit around, look outside and weep at how much the weather really sucked. This just compunded my irritability and so i was like hey ill play some poker online with my play chips, of which im very proud of. So then i'd get some bad beats and just get more and more pissed off and this anger, stress and iritability have really started getting to me. Now i'm sitting here at my computer being pissed off, feeling like im on a damn period and im gonna have to go through this for another week. This must be PMS at its finest because it seems like i just hate the world today. So to all the ladies that have had to deal with this for thier full middle school/ high school career i feel very sorry for you. I am really hoping that soon my manliness comes back to me and this feeling of the mentration cycle leaves me, but until then, i plan on sitting here and getting mad about every petty thing that happens.

I'm screwed

Well, so far this year, I have had an extremely fun and relaxing junior year. Second semester was pretty much a breeze for me, as I started out the year taking online U.S. History and Honors English, while continuing AP Computer Science, AP Spanish, and weight training, along with having early release every other day. After finishing my online U.S. History class in about 6 weeks with a 97.8 average, there was no need to come to first period, making it so I had to come in about 9:20 every day, and get out at 12:40 every other day, pertty much the easiest day you can have. All year, I have been focused on slacking off, by not doing my homework, no really paying attention in class and reading Sparknotes for english all year. So far I've managed to pull out all A's and B's, but as of late, that is all crashing down. Suddenly, it seems like all my procrastinantion and lack of work is coming back to bite me in the hiney! So now that I have explained, I will give you a brief overview of the work I have yet to complete:

1. For Honors english, we have had a semster-long project about certain decades. My "decade" was one that got split in half--the eighties, of which I got 1986-1989. We were required to read two books publish during this time period, and write a twenty to twenty-five, yes I repeat, 20-25 page paper talking about how the literature reflects characteristics of the time period. Along with a paper, we were also assigned to make a powerpoint anchoring a 30 minute presentation about our decade. The 20-25 page paper is due this Monday, and so far, I've written all of 0 pages, or words for that matter. This leaves me 4 days from today to do that, which is about 5 pages a day. My presentation is on June 1st, which I also haven't started yet. Yes, I realzie this is ALL my fault for putting it off this long, but it sure does suck!

2. In AP Spanish, we had an AP exam on May 2nd, which I chose not to take part in, leaving me with a final project doe on May 31st. Along with all my other assignments, I have not yet started this either, and to be honest, I really don't even know what I have to do for it, but I guess I can just wing it....

3. Like I said earlier, I took online U.S. History this year, mainly because regular history didn't fit well into my schedule. At the time of the class, I was very excited, because it was so easy, and also beacuse I completed the cirriculum so fast. Now that SOL time is rolling around again, I have completely forgotten all about what I learned, and with my SOL May 23rd, I am kind of worried, marking the first time EVER I have been worried about an SOL test, and I know I will need to devote some time to refreshing my memory of the course.

4. Our final project in AP computer science this year is just that...Another project... For this one, I need to create two new programs, one for next year's class to do, and one program based on my own interest. I have no idea what I'm going to do for either of these either, but I'm hoping I can finish both of these projects in class. This will probably end up being the least of my tasks.

5. Coming up on June 3rd, I have to take the SAT's for the last time before i apply for college. This is kind of important because...well, college. I took the SAT's in 9th grade, and got a 1150, and on the PSAT's in 10th grade, I got a 1250, so I hope the trend will continue and this year I can get atleast a 1350. Again, there's not a lot you can do to prepare for the SAT's, but I will need to devote some time to studying for the test.

6. Lastly, tomarrow, I have the second part of my English SOL, and because it is an SOL, I'm not worried about it, and again, I don't even know what we're going to be doing for it, it could be an essay, it could be a multiple choice test.

So anyways, thats the bulk of my stress about now, baseball is just about over, and summer is quickly approaching, I cannot wait! All readers have a great day, and I'm gonna go start researching 1986-1989.

Finally, a real post.

As I just read the last ohh 4 or 5 post's made by the main inspiration of blogging, Geoff Skelly, I really got the urge to make a post. As my absence sustained for months, I have been coming back and doing a little ditty every once in a while, along with a little letter I found entertaining about illegal aliens the other day. I feel like I started this blog in the first place just to kinda tell you what's going on, give my opinion on things, and well originially to gripe and whine about being grounded for a mere two weeks after getting caught sneaking out and drinking with my friends. Now that I am wiser and more practical, I realize that my punishment wans't all that bad. But now back to my point, I feel like my bloy has gotten off topic to just small issues such as unneeded interracial realtionships to mexicans coming into the country illegally. So now I want to get back to the good old topics, whats been going on in my life. Recently, like I siad, I haven't had much time on my hands to get on here and write, and I know I have probably lost many of the people who read my blog. Now that myspace is getting big, people are always on that, and probably won't even have the time to come read my thoughts. But seriously, enough with randomness and back to issues going on.

The first and main thing happening in my life about now is Harrisonburg baseball season. The season is just about through, and after picking up our fifth win last night by slaughtering Broadway 11-1, we move to 5-11 overall and 8th place in the valley district with five games remaining. I have really been a huge contribution to the team thus far, with my uncanny ability to steal other teams pitching signals and by taking, well, pretty much the best stats ever. Right now I'm in first place in the valley district for stat-taking, and I'm hoping I can go all-region. So anywho, I don't play at all, I just do a lot of cheering. I mean c'mon guys, lets be honest, I'm way better than that Brent Arbogast kid, I should be out there. However, although I do not play, I feel this baseball season has been a lot of fun for all the time I got to spend with the guys practicing and such, and also for the great inspirational speeches and quotes givin by the one and only Coach Bocock. To list a couple famous ones there the good ole' "comraderieship", "well shit the bed!", "There's three types of coaches in this world, theres the ones that pat you on the butt and say good job, well, I'm not one of em'!", and you can't leave out "the sun just don't shine on the same dog's ass everyday!" So that is enough about this years baseball season, onto new things.

This weekend the NFL draft took place. The main thing I learned from tuning into the draft was this: the Texans are stupid. In reality though, I really don't care about what they did, being a Packers fan and all. I feel like the Pack had a pretty good draft this year, getting a solid leader for their defense in OLB A.J Hawk, who was arguably the best linebacker in college football and won the Lombardi award. They also managed to pick up some good linemen to help protect Brett Favre next year, who decided to come back for his final year. The Packers were forced to trade disgruntled Wide Reciever Javon Walker after he expressed his discontent with his contract. I don't think the Packers will have a great season next year, but I'm just hoping they are over .500.

In other news, last monday was easily the best day of my year at Harrisonburg high school. To protest the new pending immigration laws, all the mexicans that go to our school decided it would be a great idea to show how much impact they had on society by all skipping school. They were obviously correct!! I noticed many changes such as everything was much quiter in the halls and lunch, I could get around much easier without running into mexican couples groping eachother in the hallways, the air was much fresher and it seemed to smell fresh, we didn't have to worry about anyone being "left behind" in learning, not to mention the school saved approximately $1000 as they did not have to dish out free breakfasts and lunches to all 350+ hispanics that decided not to show up. I feel this protest really did prove something to everyone, how much better the school day was without them there! Pleeaasseee feel free to have as many school boycotts as you can. Now I dont want you guys to get the wrong idea, there are a limited number of extremely cool mexicans out there, but mainly there's good ole' Spitta, also known as Nelson Garcia, who was born in Queens, New York, and has lived in America his whole life, so contrary to popular thought, there are some awesome mexicans out there!

So after a great day of school, I made the poor decision of staying up until 2 in the morning when the next day I had an AP test for computer science at 8 o'clock that morning. I went expecting not to have much trouble, as I had gotten 4's on most of my practice exams, however this was not the case. After getting through the multiple choice part of the test, the free response section, for lack of better words, ripped me a new one. It was stuff on there I had never seen before, and eventually i got so pissed off I just took Gus' idea and started doodling little pictures around the blank space. So essentially I will probably get a 3 and JUST miss getting college credit, and overall it was just a waste of $83.

Another big thing for me recently is that this past Easter, I got a new car(no, I didn't get the car for easter, it was just a coincidence that I got it easter weekend. In reality it's nothing nice, and my current car, a 2002 burgundy buick century named Ron is much more high quality, even if it is an old lady car. My new car is a 1993 Chrystler Le Baron Convertible. So when first hearing it, it sounds awesome, and in some cases it is. I mainly just like it because with summer approaching, it will be nice to be crusing around in a red convertible rather than an old lady car. Its got 180,000 miles on it, however, every major engine part has been replaced within the last three years, and it runs beautifully. As of right now though, it is in the shop getting inspeceted, and we are waiting for a new dimmer switch for my high beams to come in, and after that, i'll be riding around in semi-style.

I am sorry to drag any of you readers still reading on this long, but the last big thing going on in my life right now is the upcoming Prom. I am taking a beaufitul girl named Jessica Buck, who many of you probably know. At first thought, I really didn't want to take a freshman, but after hanging out with her and realizing how much fun I had with her, I thought man, I really wanna go to prom with her, so I asked her and to my surprise she said yes. I'm really looking forward to it, and it should be a ton of fun!

Thank you all for sticking around to read all that, and I will try and get back into the habbit of getting on here atleast once a week and tellin' it like it is. Hopefully I can eventually gain my readers back, and everyone have a great week.

Dear US Gov't

Dear United States Government:

I'm about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family,
and I would like to ask you to assist me. I'm going to walk across the
border from the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few
arrangements. I know you can help with this.

I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration
quotas and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do
here.

So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Vicente Fox, that I'm
on my way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the
following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.

2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might
need, whether I use them or not.

3. All government forms need to be printed in English.

4. I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.

5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.

6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the
flag pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying lower down.

7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.

8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy
access to government services.

9. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any
effort to learn local traffic laws.

10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo
from Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police
officers speak English.

11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals on
my car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any
complaints or negative comments from the locals.

12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, and
don't enforce any labor laws or tax laws.

13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and
never say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place
on the economy.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things
for all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that
Pres. Fox won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

However, if he gives you guys any trouble, just invite him to go quail
hunting with the V.P.

Thank you so much for your kind help.

Sincerely,
Andrew

P.S. I didnt really write this but its really, good, so i put my name at the end.

previously posted on my myspace:

Let me start off by showing you the first couple lyrics to this song:

You need to stop playing Around with all them clowns and the wangstas
Good girls gotta get down with them gangstas
Go head girl put some back and some neck up on it
While I stand up in the background and check up on it.

Now has anyone else other than me ever noticed those really fat ugly girls that wear pounds of makeup and wear clothes that are WAY too small for them strolling around the halls with da gangstas"? Its not that hard to notice walking through the halls of Harisonburg High school. Now this is the logic i see behind this: 1. Ugly fat whores have no self etseem, thus are easy to get in bed, and the "gangstas" take that happily. 2. Now sterotypically speaking, thugs seem to like "da fat ass!" Thus, a fat girl in very tight jeans would indeed have what is referred to as a "Bu-Dunk-A-Dunk," while i simply call it gross. Okay, so seemingly so, these so-called thugs are getting tired of having sex with easy fat whores, and now a song comes out that says the lyrics posted above. "Good girls gotta get down with them gangstas?" No, actaully, they don't believe it or not. Ya see, i think the good girls should continue to get with the people who aren't all about crime, sex and drugs like always. "You need to stop playing Around with all them clowns and the wangstas." I've got a better idea, how about you stop tryin to play around with the good girls, and continue playing around with the guns and weed like you always have. Now back to my point. How about these Gangstas stop trying to find easy "fresh meat" in good girls, and stick to the fat ugly, low self-esteem sluts, now does that sound like a plan or what?? Sadly, as of late, i've seen many so called "good girls" start going out with the gangstas, and personally i have a little rule, shared with about 90% of caucasion boys and they all know what im talking about. Another common phrase is "once you go black, you can't go back," which is true. So to all you good girls that put lyrics like this on your profile, you should probably think twice, because if you want to end up a single mom with no child support, then it would be wise to get with the gangstas, otherwise, it would be beneficial to stay in the non-gangsta sector of guys. I'm sorry if i've offended anyone with this, just how i feel, so instead of talking to me, go talk to "Slim Thug" about his feelings.

A Perfect World

So the other day, I started taking behind the wheel with Mr. Butler, and it has been pretty fun so far. The other people in my group are Danny and Adnan. So anyways, we started driving, and we first drove by a ford tourus that was also doing behind the wheel. I noticed Mr. Rath in the car, along with 3 girls(surprise surprise!). I was then informed by Danny that his twin sister Chrissy was getting behind the wheel for free from Rath, whereas I paid $250 for it. This got me thinking. What would life be like in a perfect world, or maybe just a reverse world?? Wouldn't it be awesome if there was a perverted female teacher? This teacher would heavily favor the males in her class, and probably encourage the wearing of skimpy clothes. She might occasionally point out that my zipper was down, that I missed a beltloop, or maybe my shirt looked pretty tight that day. While we were taking notes in the class, she would come help me with any questions I had, and give me all the answers I needed for the test. I would also get brief massages during class time, and no matter what I did, I couldn't get yelled at and I would get an easy A for the class, unlike the girls, who got picked apart for every small mistake they made and actually had to study. Though it is hard to pick out, whenever I bent over to get something in gym, she would check out my plump behind and secretly get horny. Though the teacher was married and had 2 kids, this had no effect on her neverending affection for teenage high school boys. Not only would this teacher give me rides around and call me on my cell phone, but to top it all off, she would even save me over $150 and give me free behind the wheel, probably letting me speed around and do what I want, and I would still get my lisence. Ahh wouldn't that just be the perfect world??

Schedule and such

Yea, so that whole post a whole bunch thing didn't last too long, but now im back to write a couple new things. Lately I've had a lot of good ideas where I'm like, hey i should write a blog about that, I just never get around to it. When I do get around to it, I can jsut write seperate posts. Yesterday was our first football scrimmage, and i was satisfied with my playing time, but I was satisfied with our performance. We did alright, but we have a lot of things to work on. Before I went to the scrimmage yesterday I went in to talk to Ms. May about my schedule, not only because I wasn't sure about going to governor's school, and because I wanted some differnt classes. So after about 1 and a half hours of discussing i got pretty much the perfect schedule. It goes like this:

First Semester-- 1: Chemistry(Avaino), 2: Weight Training(Grefe)/AP Computer science(Murray), 3 :Pre-Calc(Yoder-Rupp), 4: Ap Spanish(Faulkner)/Jr Sr. Seminar

Sencond Semester-- 1: Novel US history(Online), 2, 3: *English(Penton), 4

If you have any classes with me, you should leave me a comment and tell me, or just tell me some other time. In other news, Gus has been making a bunch of awesome updates and additons to his website, which is still GusFitzgerald.com, and you need to go check it out. Well thats all for this post, now im gonna make another quick one about something on my mind.
